You may be exploring neurodivergence, struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or OCD, navigating disability/chronic illness and the impacts of ableism, or looking for new ways to cope with life’s challenges. I aim to help clients find more joy and acceptance, and live more authentically.
Therapy provides a supportive space to explore how your mind works, build self-understanding and acceptance, and work towards your personal goals. Together we can find ways to navigate uncertainty and live a life aligned with your values.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of the experience of having a mind that works differently. Together we can explore and celebrate your strengths, acknowledge and process the challenges of neurotypical expectations, and help you find strategies for accommodating your needs, without pathologizing your experiences.
I take a destigmatizing and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I specialize in providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and understand the importance of having a therapist who is non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and celebratory of all parts of your identity.
For clients seeking support with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I’m experienced in Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I-CBT can help you to better understand how your OCD doubts are created and maintained, work on re-establishing trust in yourself, and learn strategies to break out of the cycle of obsessional doubting.
I provide therapy virtually to young adults and adults (18+) throughout the state of Maryland. I am pending licensure in Virginia and Washington DC, and will update this page when available in those states. Accepting new clients for August 2026, with afternoon and evening availability.
I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we are a good fit. Email me or book a consultation online to get started!
